Britannia Returns Policy

Returning Your Order

We accept goods returned to us in their original condition provided they reach us within 7 days of the date you received them. Please get in touch with us first if you want to make a return.

As long as the goods are sent back to us unopened and in re-saleable as new condition, we shall refund in full what you paid for them.

Please note that if you open tins we shall not be able to resell them and therefore won’t be in a position to offer you a refund.

Returns: Terms and Conditions

Return shipment will be at your own cost. We cannot arrange a third party collection on your behalf.

When returning goods we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and that you insure the package for its full value. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect and advise us within 24 hours of receipt if goods are damaged. Our carriers do not accept responsibility for damaged goods beyond this period of time.
