Product Details
Britannia Hi-Bond eliminates the need for traditional methods of surface preparation i.e. roughening, scrabbling, rendering and mechanical fixing. Because of it high adhesive bonding of asphalt products to building substrates such as concrete, cement render, brick and various metal. It is also suitable for use with hot and cold applied bituminous compounds.

Water based modified rubber solution provides high adhesive bonding between asphalt and conventional building substrates. No more roughening, scrabbling, rendering or mechanical fixing.
Application Details
Preparation
- Clear all areas of moss, lichen and debris by brushing or power washing.
- Remove surface water and any contamination such as Oil or Grease.
- Apply Britannia Fungicidal Wash to prevent further fungal/algal growth.
- Allow to dry.
Application
- Shake the can well before use.
- Do not thin.
- Apply a coat of Britannia Hi-Bond to the prepared area and bond the surface to it immediately.
