Decatone Tarmac Binder - Water Based

Strong, water-based, solvent-free acrylic coating for increasing the playing life of macadam tennis courts by binds their top surfaces. Because the binder does not haved a non-slip surface, it must be over-coated with Decatone Tennis Court Paint.
